The brand has undergone a complete visual transformation to reflect its evolution while staying true to its origins. The refreshed logotype and logomark honor the original identity beloved by customers, balancing familiarity with a refined new direction.
The logomark’s retro 70s feel adds warmth and energy and is used throughout the system as a defining design element. A postcard features the heart at its center, doubling as a photo frame and playful showcase for jewelry. Custom illustrations by Sandy Van Helden bring the welding process to life, adding movement and charm.
Friendship, which is at the heart of the brand, is immediately evident in our creative direction of the photo shoots. This was achieved by capturing a natural, authentic vibe that resonates with the nostalgic feeling of something we’ve all experienced as kids, but now reimagined for adults. The result is a series of images that feel both fresh and familiar, embodying the playful yet meaningful connections at the core of the brand.
“Chelsea is extremely dedicated to her craft and really goes all in when working for a brand. She’s a detective first—curious, learning all she can from the founder, employees, and customer.
She then takes that learning and builds creativity to capture the brand essence. Our brand identity was always a point of frustration for myself and the creative team, it’s never felt complete or cohesive. Chelsea took what was a pain point for the brand and guided us in defining Loveweld visually and conceptually.”
